This project is located at Ghuttu village, in Tehri district, Garhwal. This town is located on the banks of Bhilangana river at a distance of 64 kms away from Tehri Garhwal, 174 ams away from Haridwar, and sets up at an elevation of 6000 ft above sea level and quite sensitive for earthquake and falls under seismic zone 5.
